Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against some of the most top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
